Documents with every delivery

• Delivery note signed and stamped by the vessel
• Certificate of analysis (COA), in your own format when required
• Your IBC labels applied when supplied with the order
• Invoice referenced to your purchase order and vessel

What to include in your RFQ

• Vessel name and IMO number
• Port or terminal, ETA and expected berthing or anchorage
• Product and quantity in litres
• Delivery mode (truck, IBC or barge) and whether empty IBCs must be returned
• Flange details (OD, ID, PCD, number and size of holes)
• Ship agent contact

Ports and terminals

Pacific: Balboa — APM Terminals Balboa, PSA Panama, PATSA and the Amador cruise port. Atlantic: Cristóbal, Manzanillo International Terminal (MIT), Colón Container Terminal (CCT) and Colón 2000.

Barge deliveries can be arranged at anchorage on both coasts, coordinated with the ship agent.
